RadioTennis.com Launches

Tennis Telecom, Inc., the leader in the convergence of technology, tennis and media, is please to announce the launch of its second web site, RadioTennis.com.

RadioTennis.com is the live, streaming audio, play-by-play, of professional tennis from around the world, via the Internet.

In many ways, RadioTennis.com is comparable to what the BBC currently does with Wimbledon over the radio.  RadioTennis.com however, takes this concept one step further, and utilizes the Internet and targets the global tennis market.

2003 launch plans call for a minimum of two live web casts per month between June and December. All final matches will then be archived for listeners to enjoy at their convenience.

RadioTennis.com plans to web cast a wide range of tennis action from around the globe. Listeners can expect to hear everything from early ATP and WTA qualifying round action, college tennis, world junior competition, professional doubles, exhibitions, as well as action from USTA  $10,000 Future and $50,000 Challenger circuits.

“RadioTennis.com is for the tennis fan that understands and enjoys professional tennis,” states Tennis Telecom, Inc.’s, Chief Executive Officer, Ken Thomas. “They understand that an exciting, hard fought, and entertaining tennis match can take place just as easily in a late round qualifying match in Thailand, as it can on Center Court Wimbledon. Great tennis is taking place somewhere in the world everyday, and RadioTennis.com plans to bring these matches to the world tennis community”.

RadioTennis.com’s inaugural web cast will be take place on June 14, live from the $10,000 USTA Futures Event from Sunnyvale, CA. (check radiotennis.com for exact web cast time).
